In Nepal any one can practice any thing , no need to be license holder to prescribe medicine.
What do you mean by do you still miss medicine?
Are you trying to say if someone was actively working in medical field and after coming to USA , no longer in that field , missed the practice and how he/she taking it?
Those who was desperate to enter USA do not miss anything.

@magorkhe1, I am talking about Genuine medical graduates who were Licensed in Nepal (No jholeys or fake degree holders). Prescribing medicine is not same as Practicing medicine (its just a part of the practice). I am aware anyone can practice in Nepal, but if they not genuinely Licensed and f****d up with a patient's health the licensing boards in Nepal not gonna bother to protect their ass.

Something along this line is what I am really trying to hear (1) I miss it for this reason e.g. I miss it because despite making 6 digits $$ as a hospital administrator I don't get to treat patient here (2) I don't miss it for this reason e.g. as an engineer here I don't miss medicine as I get to spend more time with my family and  I am satisfied not seeing sick people again
