Non of above. This is the road you should follow. Study hard - Get a good job - Change status to H1B - Request your company to sponsor Green Card. If you go other road there is very high probability that you will get lost in the middle of the road. Hence, this is the best and fraudless process.

Marriage... find a white or black chic.. get married, then the card you will get be neither white or black. It has to be green. If you can find nepali, even better. But if you divorce after getting GC, then your life will not be that smooth. you will need lot of KY lubrications then after...
