GLOBAL INDUS TECHNOVATORS AWARDS 2003

The Indian Business Club @ MIT is proud to announce the awards ceremony
for the Global Indus Technovators Awards, 2003. These awards were
established to honor young technology innovators of South Asian origin.

The judging panel for these awards included:
Philip Sharp (Nobel Laureate 1993)
Desh Deshpande (Chairman, Sycamore Networks)
N. R. Narayanamurthy (Chairman, Infosys Technologies)
Sandy Pentland (MTI Media Lab)

The awardees this year represent an eclectic mix of brilliant innovators
- they are young professors, grass-roots development workers, graduate
students, and even successful entrepreneurs. All of them have
demonstrated exceptional achievement in their chosen fields and share
relentless ingenuity and drive to bring their innovative ideas to reality.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Dean Kamen, Inventor of Segway & IBOT

VENUE: MIT-Wong Auditorium ( E51, Tang Center, 70 Memorial Drive)
DATE: 25th November, Tuesday, 2003
TIME: 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm

ATTIRE: Business Casual

There will be a networking dinner from 6:00 - 6:45 pm

The keynote speech will be followed by the awards distribution and Q&A
session with the awardees.
